The work

Build the systems around the models.

Turn model capability into reliable software delivery through agents, harnesses, benchmarking, and AI-native tools.

Agents

Build bounded agents that reason, use tools, and complete real engineering work.

Harnesses

Design the context, permissions, workflows, traces, and human review around them.

Benchmarks

Create repeatable evaluations for quality, reliability, speed, and cost.

AI-native tools

Build the interfaces and infrastructure engineers use to operate the factory.

Responsibilities

Turn product goals, existing-system context, and constraints into clear technical decisions.
Design and implement bounded software changes across the stack.
Build the tests and evidence that make completion reviewable.
Work with medium and large companies on consequential software problems involving real customers, and make delivery more predictable through clear decisions and evidence.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and feedback directly.

What good looks like

You reason across product, architecture, code, and operations, not only the next ticket.
You are self-driven: you identify what needs doing, take ownership, and follow through.
You can show past projects you built and explain the decisions you made.
Experience building with AI tools or agents is a strong plus.
